», explains the owner, Gabrielle Dougnon. The family is the core of L’antre NOUS. Mrs. Dougnon is surrounded by her parents, Simone and Jacky Dougnon, and her life partner, Benoist Valla in this venture. Please note that we owe the creation of the restaurant to Benoist Valla, a Brittany native who was looking for a place to eat typical Breton crepes.

Before opening her bistro-creperie in Sainte-Dorothée, Laval in 2010, the owner studied in Brittany at l’École Crêperie Blé-Noir, near the city of Brest, to master the art of crepe making, her parents followed in her path. Try their authentic Breton crepes to fully appreciate their authentic skill. The crepes are prepared with a light wheat or buckwheat batter, with exceptional top quality, internationally renowned flours from Moulin Légaré.
The sweet crepes are prepared with a slightly sweetened light wheat batter and a touch of salted butter. You can choose from a wide variety of delicious sweet and savoury crepes and even build your own whether it is for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
